Marine surveyors in Spain are split between three zones: Barcelona, Tarragona, Valencia and Malaga on the Mediterranean, Bilbao, Vigo and Ferrol on the Atlantic and Bay of Biscay, and Las Palmas in the Canaries. Spain is a Paris MOU member, but only its Mediterranean coast is inside the ECA.
