Faassen Survey was set up in 2015 as a survey and auditing company for the marine industry, based in Kotka, Finland. It specialises in marine and cargo surveys and in inspections of vessels on behalf of several flag states, and carries out internal audits for owners and also performs external ISM/ISPS audits and MLC 2006 inspections. Other services include draft and damage surveys, hold inspections, loading supervision, port captain work and marine warranty surveys, covering ports such as Kotka, Hamina, Porvoo and Helsinki.
