Keel Marine Limited

Keel Marine Limited dates from 1962, when John Keelty, a naval architect, and John Weston, a marine engineer, set it up; its staff grew to include naval architects, engineers, surveyors and draughtsmen. First located in London, it moved to Hampshire in 1972, then to Alton, Petersfield and now Langstone Harbour near Portsmouth. It is led by managing director Laurence Hildesley, a chartered engineer and Fellow of RINA with more than 25 years in new-build, conversion, survey, design and marine engineering projects, and its projects reach across EMEA, the ASEAN region and the Far East.
