Bayside Marine Surveying, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Alan Gaidelis, who took up surveying in 1995 on a SAMS surveyor's advice and later sold his repair business to survey full time. He has owned boats up to 42 ft, done many local deliveries and knows marine mechanics and most construction types. He inspects gasoline, diesel and sail-powered boats and encourages clients to attend the inspection.
