All Island Marine Survey is run by Robert Oakley, CMS, who left the Coast Guard in Oahu in 2012 after 30 years of service, much of it as a lead marine inspector and casualty investigator training new inspectors. He is certified through ACMS and is an ABYC member. He surveys commercial passenger boats, fishing boats, yachts, power and sail craft, tugs and barges on all the main Hawaiian Islands, and handles claims, damage investigations and expert witness work.
