Able-Bodied Marine Inc. was set up by SAMS surveyor Adam Hammer (AMS 912) to provide accredited surveyors to Jaxport and other ports. From its Jacksonville Beach office it covers the American Southeast and Gulf Coast as well as Latin America and the Caribbean islands, surveying ships, tugs, barges, fishing vessels and cargo. Its reports include photos, analysis, ultrasonic thickness readings and CAD drawings, and it covers condition and valuation, damage, salvage and loss mitigation.
